Janet Pause is a Partner in our Toronto office. With over 16 years of executive search experience, Janet’s engagements have spanned a variety of industries across North America including manufacturing, distribution, food service, retail, infrastructure and financial services. She has placed executives from Director through Board level, with particular expertise in financial, general management, human resources and supply chain positions.
Janet began her career with the world’s largest consumer packaged goods company and moved into healthcare where she held human resources positions before returning to consumer packaged goods in a sales operations role. She joined one of North America’s premier executive search firms in 1994 and in 1999, opened her own boutique search firm which she operated for nine years. Janet joined Tessera Executive Search in 2008.
Janet is passionate about food and wine, and can often be found dining at JAMcafe, her family’s restaurant. (www.jamcafe.ca)
